Patent application for Mechanism for unblocking Jaw Crusher

As part of CMB Internationals commitment to produce improved, user friendly crushing and screening equipment to the Quarry industry, we have introduced a new automatic unblocking system for the removal of unwanted build up of aggregate in the crushing chamber of the CMB Rockmonster Jaw Crusher. In normal practice, when build up of aggregate occurs, it is necessary to reverse the direction of rotation several times before the crushing machine can be unblocked by manual intervention.  With the CMB mechanism for unblocking the jaw crusher, manual digging out of aggregate material from the jaw crushing chamber is no longer necessary, reducing down time and labour whilst maximising crushing production time.  This feature is included in the T88i BX400 mobile jaw crushing plant, contact our office for more details on +44 1530 563600 

Vacancy for Design Draft Person

CMB International Ltd, due to expansion and growth in sales of crushing and screening equipment, have a vacancy for an experienced design drafts person to work within our busy Engineering Department.

The successful applicant will have a degree/HNC/HND and be a competent user of 2D CAD and preferablly 3D Solid Modelling; ideally with design experience in heavy equipment/crushing/screening, with a good understanding of the manufacturing process.  CMB International Ltd are looking for someone who is creative and inovative, with good communication skills and a can do attitude, with a willingness to cover a vareity of work.

CMB Join Forces With Hartl

Hartl Anlagenbau, the Austrian manufacturer of the Powercrusher range of compact mobile crushing units, has joined forces with CMB International, a UK-based supplier of static and mobile crushing and screening systems. Hartl is using the latter's Rockstar RS 150, with an 1 m (3.3 ft) inlet opening, to produce a tracked cone crusher, the Powercone PC 1000. Click here to read more...
